- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have a lot of hidden fees they don't tell you about that is hidden in fine print and they do not communicate changes effectively. For example, they started charging me a monthly fee for electronic statements! They also changed the minimum blanace amount requirement and never communicated that to me either. They also don't take coins that we wanted to deposit and they were in the coin rolls too! I don't understand what kind of bank this is but it is certainly not for the people.
